Our Services

  • Provided in group or individual formats, coaching is designed to provide the tools for enhanced communication and transparency among leaders and teams. Coaching is key for building psychological safety, building resiliency, promoting engagement and fostering work fulfillment. Coaching also addresses ways to manage and navigate through difficult situations and emotions and communicate effectively, while tackling new challenges.

  • Consultation is provided to determine needs and goals as well as assess barriers toward goal attainment. Particular emphasis is provided for strategies related to best practices regarding mental health and well-being, EAP needs and selection, benefits design, resilience, and leadership development and training. Strategy also addresses the capacities of existing resources to determine the relevancy of those resources within an evolving organization.

  • Developing, honing, and demonstrating leadership skills is essential for successful teams. Helping leaders understand their strengths as well as opportunities for improvements in their leadership styles provides a means for improved performance, increased engagement, increased retention and better interpersonal relationships among all team members. Training can be provided to an organization's internal trainers and organizational development department within a train- the- trainer model. One particular model, "The Engaged Leader" is designed to empower leaders to use mindfulness to move their organizations forward.

  • A unique opportunity for employees at any level within an organization, Listening Sessions brings key individuals together to stimulate conversation and provide a means for open dialogue. Facilitation is provided to help guide the conversation for pre-determined and mutually agreed upon topics or issues that require input and idea sharing, new innovations, conflict resolution and building consensus among stakeholders. Key Leader interviews, conducted anonymously, are important in soliciting feedback and understanding perceptions

  • Wellness and well-being programs have come a long way. Research shows that making an impact on a company's bottom line and achieving a healthier workforce requires a well-being program that reflects and impacts the culture of an organization and the priorities of program participants. Physical health, financial health, work life balance, community involvement, mental health, and opportunities for growth are key components of a well-rounded well- being program. Assistance with review of current and future program design, integration with benefits and communication strategies are addressed within this consultative approach.

  • Helping organizations to continue the work with newly acquired skills and tools is the primary goal within train the trainer models. Creating opportunities for continued growth, and sustainable momentum along a learning path, is attainable with models that can be shared within an organization's in-house training department, organizational development department, human resource department or educational structure. Templates for a continuum of training methods and topics will be utilized and shared .

  • Assisting leaders and teams to build and foster their capacity for resiliency is essential for healthy organizations. Indicators including burn-out, compassion fatigue and lack of engagement are signs of a struggling workforce. Resetting your organization through an intention-driven lens of compassion, resilience skill building is an effective tool for increasing self-awareness and establishing a foundation for meaningful connection with work and others. All members of an organization share the responsibility for building resilience and creating a value-based culture, necessary in order for organizations to flourish.

  • Finding the right resources for your organization is oftentimes a leap of faith. Furthermore, selecting the most appropriate and relevant vendor services can be confusing and challenging for benefits teams as well as human resource managers. Assisting in vetting processes through goal setting, outcomes measures, and consultation regarding comparison of services and price points allows for additional recommendations beyond a spreadsheet of vendors. Our processes can help determine 'goodness of fit' for your organization and a service provider.

Organizations like yours are the heartbeat of our city.

We're passionate about helping organizations cultivate an awesome place to work.
